GrabU provides a hyperlocal marketplace connecting customer users with neighborhood supermarkets and partner merchants. We coordinate logistics to deliver groceries, staples, and fresh produce within Kozhikode, Vadakara, and across Kerala.
Vegetables and fruits are sold on a variable-weight basis. Our system auto-generates virtual weight packages (from 100g to 5kg) to approximate product weights. Final merchant calculations and stock inventory details are updated dynamically to avoid discrepancies.
Customers agree to pay all charges (including item pricing, delivery fees based on distance, and applicable taxes) via our secure gateway partners. Partners receive settlements on scheduled weekly or bi-weekly cycles.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account (customer, merchant, or driver) who violates local legal regulations, provides fraudulent details, or breaches these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
